If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, please check places around your home, including your front door, back or side doors, with a building manager, or even behind bushes. Deliveries can show up in lots of different places around your home, based on the safety and discretion of the driver. 

Next, check with neighbors in case the driver mistakenly delivered to them. 

In rare cases, according to USPS, a package may show as "delivered" but could take additional 24 hours to arrive. In this case please contact your local post office or mail carrier for help.
