Subscribe and Save is Brush On Block’s recurring delivery program that gives you 15% off select products and ships them automatically on the schedule you choose.

With Subscribe and Save, you get recurring delivery and 15% off select Brush On Block products.

Products are delivered automatically on your schedule with no obligation. You can modify, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account and selecting Manage Subscriptions.

What delivery schedules can I choose

When you set up Subscribe and Save on an eligible product, you can select a delivery schedule of:

• Every 3 months
• Every 4 months
• Every 5 months
• Every 6 months

Your first delivery ships right away when you complete your order. Your next order will ship based on the schedule you selected.

Will I get a reminder before my subscription renews

Yes. We will send a reminder email a few days before your subscription order processes so you have time to make changes if needed.

What can I change in my subscription

By logging in to your account and selecting Manage Subscriptions, you can:

• Change the timing of your upcoming order
• Change your subscription frequency
• Update your shipping address
• Update your payment method
• Skip an upcoming order
• Cancel your subscription

Can I add other products to my subscription order

You can include other items on your initial order when you begin your subscription, but subsequent recurring orders cannot be combined with other non subscription products.

Can I use discount codes on subscription orders

Discount codes can only be used on the initial subscription order and cannot be applied to upcoming recurring orders. Your subscription items will still receive the 15% Subscribe and Save savings on every recurring delivery.

Can I use BOB Benefits loyalty points on subscription orders

At this time, BOB Benefits discount coupons can be used on regular one time purchases and initial subscription purchases. Discount coupons cannot be applied to upcoming subscription orders. However, all orders, both one time and subscription, earn BOB Benefits points.

How do I cancel my subscription

You can cancel your Subscribe and Save subscription at any time.

Log in to your account and select Manage Subscriptions. From there, you can cancel the subscription for any product in your subscription list.
