Keeping your Sheer Genius Brush clean helps it perform its best and ensures smooth, even application every time. These instructions apply only to Sheer Genius Brush , not to the self-dispensing mineral powder brush, which is designed for applying powder.

When to Clean
If your Sheer Genius Brush bristles are clumping together, it’s probably time for a cleaning.
Quick Clean with Brush Cleaner
For routine maintenance, use a gentle brush cleaner or wipe:

1. Spray a clean paper towel or cloth with 2–4 spritzes of brush cleaner.
2. Gently wipe the bristles on the towel until they look clean.
3. Let the brush air dry before using again.

Deep Clean with Soap or Brush Shampoo
We recommend a deep clean occasionally or when your brush seems especially grimy. 

1. Hold the bristles under running water and wet thoroughly.
2. Add a small amount of mild soap or brush shampoo to your palm and gently swirl the bristles.
3. Rinse well and repeat until the water runs clear.
4. Gently press the bristles in a clean towel to remove excess water and let the brush dry overnight on its side.
